Since our sleep schedule varies so much that we have been able to Shift running the dishwasher and doing laundry after 7 PM at night. Staggering major appliances has pretty easy too. Saving by unplugging all non essential appliances such as Coffee Pot, Toaster, Small Oven, Blenders, Juicers, etc. Set the Sleep Timer on the TV so it's not playing with no one watching it.
